Mr. Hevia focuses his practice on trial cases. He is a partner at the law firm and the chair of the Personal Injury Division. Mr. Hevia has tried over 70 cases including more than 35 jury trials to verdict. His jury trial experience includes criminal cases, commercial litigation matters, civil fraud allegations, contract disputes, first party insurance litigation, mal-practice cases and personal injury matters. He currently holds an adjunct position in the Trial Advocacy Program at the Florida International University College of Law.
Dale Paleschic is a partner in the Firm and has over 30 years of trial and litigation experience. Dale maintains the firm’s Tallahassee office but handles matters all over the state. Dale previously spent most of his career representing various carriers and insurance concerns. Dale is a Past President of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. However, he decided to change his career path because he recognized that the insurance industry is not centered on justice, but rather purely economics. Dale’s desire is to put clients first and try cases.
