Mirels K. Dávila is a skilled and experienced advocate. She focuses on trial and appellate support for will, trust, probate, and guardianship litigation, complex civil litigation, business litigation, and healthcare disputes.
Before joining the firm, Mirels worked in the Courts. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman (Ret.) of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and interned for the Honorable Judge Jaime Pieras (Dec.) for the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. Before that, Mirels was a law clerk for Judge James Wolf (Ret.) on Florida’s First District Court of Appeal, and was also a senior staff attorney for the Florida Supreme Court’s Central Staff. These experiences make Mirels an essential member of the team.
