Mr. Hevia focuses his practice on trial cases. He is a partner at the law firm and the chair of the Personal Injury Division. Mr. Hevia has tried over 80 cases including more than 45 jury trials to verdict. His jury trial experience includes criminal cases, commercial litigation matters, civil fraud allegations, contract disputes, first party insurance litigation, mal-practice cases and personal injury matters. He currently holds an adjunct position in the Trial Advocacy Program at the Florida International University College of Law.
