Biography

Dale Paleschic is a partner in the Firm and has over 30 years of trial and litigation experience.

Dale maintains the firm’s Tallahassee office but handles matters all over the state.  Dale previously spent most of his career defending significant personal injury matters for various carriers and insurance concerns.  However, he decided to change his career path because he wanted to start putting people first, not insurance carriers.  Dale joins the Hevia Law Firm with an accomplished past as a defense litigator, including serving as President of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FDLA) in 2014. Dale was involved with the FDLA for several years, serving as an officer and on the Board of Directors through 2015.  He has been recognized for his legal skills and ethics by his peers, having received Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating – AV® Preeminent™.  Since joining the Hevia Law Firm, Dale’s practice is now devoted to fighting for and helping secure justice for the firm’s clients.  He concentrates his practice on matters of significant personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home liability, motor vehicle accidents, trucking liability, premises liability, product liability, and professional liability.  He also handles complex litigation in construction disputes, commercial disputes, and matters involving first-party property issues, community associations, and real estate disputes. Before joining the Hevia Law Firm, Dale was with three prominent Florida defense firms in central and north Florida.
